John Jackson, Founder

John has worked in IT for over 8 years. He has built and run Microsoft systems for Sony Interactive Entertainment, the University of Bath and Access Microfinance Holding AG. He also spent time on the Azure support team at Tek Experts.

His work covers Azure, Active Directory and Terraform. He has led group policy reviews and moves, built rules that check systems against CIS standards, and managed user access across cloud and office networks.

John holds the AZ-500 (Azure Security) and AZ-104 (Azure Admin) certificates. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer, so he can teach client teams as well as do the work. He has a BSc in Computer Science and is based near London.
